布団皮を解いた古布で、数種類の生地がつぎはぎされており、素晴らしい雰囲気のお品です。

所々に手縫いのリペアが入り、ステッチも含め、もはやアートファブリックとしても評価いただける襤褸だと思います。

明るめのカラーリングなので重苦しさがなく、インテリアファブリックとしてディスプレイするとかっこいいですね。

また、リメイク素材としてのご使用もお勧めです。

古布や襤褸といったジャパンヴィンテージ全般、海外での評価の高まりもあり、日本国内でもどんどん貴重になっています。

・Material: Cotton

This is a Japanese fabric that was untied from a futon cover, and several different types of fabric have been patched together to create a wonderful item.

There are hand-sewn repairs here and there, and including the stitching, I think this boro can now be appreciated as an art fabric.

The light coloring means it doesn't feel heavy, and it looks cool when displayed as an interior fabric.

It is also recommended for use as a remake material.

Japanese fabric and boro in general, Japan vintage, are becoming increasingly valuable in Japan due to the growing popularity overseas.

・着方やケア方法、サイズ感などちょっとした疑問にも出来る限りお答えさせていただきますので、気になる方はお気軽にお申し付けください。
